This weekend was the most amazing weekend ever. Missed the game, but I got to have more fun. I went to the Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, SC. We got there Friday night and ran into Mamaw, Papaw, Charles & Kay and the girls at TGI Friday's. Then we went back to the room and I sat there and enjoyed the peace and quiet and texted people back home.
Saturday I was up at freaking 530 AM since some people don't know how to SHUT THEIR FACES. Then I went down to the market where everyone ate breakfast and got me some starbucks. Heck yes. Then Aunt Libby, Uncle Arthur, Mama and me took a walk on the beach and saw where the wedding was gonna be. Next, I got ready for the wedding and sat there and did part of my homework. Around 2 I took Maddie back to her room and went and saw Tiffany where she gave me a necklace with a key on it. I love it. I love her. She looked beautiful. Next, it's time for the wedding. Perfect beach wedding. Perfect family gathering. Next Charles, Meredith, Lori and I walked over to the reception area. Hahaha, people and bars are just fannntastic. It was amusing. I had so much fun. I think Maddie, Kay and I danced the whole time. It was awesome. Then I went back to my room for a bit and then walked over to Mamaw's then took a trip to Aunt Libby's and then a trip down to the bar. It was awesome. I had a fantastic day. I love my family.
Sunday was departure day. We had a breakfast bright and early at the Lettered Olive and I sat across from Ronnie and beside daddy and Karen. That was great. I lovelovelove my family. Next we hit the road. Stopped at the same Wendy's Mamaw and Papaw did for lunch. Hahah, it was really weird. I drove after that. I was exhausted when I got home. Finished my homework and did my laundry. Tonya called and told me she wasn't gonna be at school today. That sucks. No hug. Sooo bummed. Went to sleep and wanted to kill my alarm this morning. Wearing my new Isle of Palms shirt, turtle bracelet and key necklace. I had an absolutely marvelous weekend. ♥
